cozy reception area but hallway cleanliness needs attention

The reception area was warm and welcoming, a nice escape from the freezing weather outside. The staff engaged with guests, creating a friendly atmosphere that made me feel at home during my stay.

The hallways on the second floor needed to be vacuumed.

We stayed in a Queen Room and found it comfortable. The bed could've been softer, but it was still decent for a night. The room was clean and had some nice touches like a Keurig coffee maker. It was a little noisy at times, though, which was a bummer. The decor looked modern, and everything seemed well-maintained. Not a bad place for a quick stay.

The Hilton Garden offered exceptional service, with a friendly and accommodating staff. Check-in was seamless, and the room was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The business center was particularly useful for my work needs, allowing for efficient printing and copying services. I also appreciated the good breakfast options, which were fresh and plentiful.

The bar area had limited seating.

I loved how cozy my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was! The decor incorporated fine nature photography that set a relaxing mood, and the beds felt like clouds after a long day exploring. Plus, the indoor heated saltwater pool was the cherry on top for unwinding at night!

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff

We enjoyed a one-night stay in a Queen room. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, particularly in providing extra amenities when we noticed the coffee maker wasn’t working. For breakfast, I highly recommend Taste of Scandinavia nearby – the pastries are outstanding!

The café had good food and very friendly staff. I had a great time at the bar, Brian the bartender was amazing!

It wasn't inexpensive, but it was still okay.

The staff here are top-notch! Everyone, from the front desk to the dining area, had genuine smiles and helped with whatever we needed. Chelsea was super helpful with some billing issues I had. Plus, the cookies in the lobby were a great touch! Just know there isn’t a complimentary breakfast, which was a letdown.

This place was an excellent fit for a transient stop in Bloomington with good value for money. The breakfast was definitely above average, better than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Make sure to try the craft beers at the bar.

The gym is well-equipped and a great way to unwind. I loved the nice big TV in my room that made my stay feel luxurious.

I really loved the convenience of this hotel being so close to the mall and various parks, making my weekend city stroll delightful and full of interesting landmarks, and I also appreciated the fantastic shuttle service that took me right to the Mall of America without any hassle.

I enjoyed the free shuttle service to the Mall of America. it was super convenient. The indoor pool had extended hours until 11:00 pm, which was great for relaxing after a long day. Our room was clean and modern, with a good selection of amenities. The beds were really comfortable, perfect after our busy schedule. The staff were friendly during check-in and helped me with a shuttle for my early morning airport run. However, I faced a couple of issues. The check-in process could be slow at times due to the front desk being understaffed. I also noticed that the coffee machine in the room needed cleaning. it had some debris inside that was off-putting. Parking fees were an unexpected extra expense, especially for a hotel at this price point. Overall, it felt worth it for the cleanliness and comfort, but the service could use a little tuning up.
